We provide legal services in traditional client representation and alternative dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation and arbitration. We provide sophisticated representation for cases of any degree of complexity. Our specialty is in high net worth clients with complex finances. We try to be creative in finding ways to “expand the pie”.
Our philosophy is to support each client and respect the uniqueness of each situation while maintaining a focus on the best interest of their children. We recognize that separation and divorce are difficult times and by paying close attention to the needs and details of each family situation, we can resolve the process in a timely and reasonable manner. Our first choice is always to negotiate a fair resolution but we are comfortable litigating the case if necessary.

We serve as mediators, conciliators, case evaluators and arbitrators
In situations where the parties are looking to resolve their disputes outside of court they can use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods. ADR methods offer clients more control over the approach and outcome of their case and potentially preserve their working relationship with their soon-to-be former spouse or partner. In this capacity, we help the parties understand the law, find creative solutions and expedite the resolution of their case, usually, at a lower cost to the family. Through our years of experience, we have found that parties who have been able to be active participants in the resolution of their cases feel more in control, less anxious and more satisfied with the outcome of their case.
